Delivery

We have free EU delivery on orders over 60 EUR.

For orders below 60 EUR, we charge a delivery rate relevant to your county.

You'll receive an e-mail notification as soon as your order has been shipped, so please check your order tracking for up to date information. 

Returns

If you'd like to return or exchange a product, please email us within 14 days to hello@nashandnova.com to notify us of your wish to return. We will send you instructions on how to send the products back to us. Please note that we do not pay for returns postage.

All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging.

Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10-15 working days.
