Delivery

We have free delivery on orders over 500 SEK / 45 EUR / 50 USD.

For orders below this threshold, we charge a delivery rate relevant to your county.

See estimated rates below: Sweden 49 SEK / Europe 10 EUR / USA 10 USD

Swedish orders will be delivered to your home within 1-3 business days.

International orders will be delivered within 2-6 business days. Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only and issues such as payment authorization and destination customs clearance may cause delays.

You'll receive an e-mail notification as soon as your order has been shipped, so please check your order tracking for up to date information. 

Returns

If you'd like to return a product, please email us within 14 days to hello@nashandnova.com to notify us of your wish to return. We will send you instructions on how to send the products back to us.

Please note that we do not pay for return postage.

All items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging.

Please make sure you obtain proof of postage for your return package.

Once received by our warehouse, returned items are processed within 10 working days.
